"The Clay Bank to Lord Stones walk is renowned in North Yorkshire. There are three hills that you need to walk up (and down) - Hasty Bank, Cold Moor and Cringle Moor - and you can return over the hills or walk on a lower path. The views are just fantastic and I was fortunate to walk on a bright sunny day. The YouTube shows the countryside in 3D and I have included 28 photographs - enough to make you feel that you are actually there. As a friend said after watching this short YouTube (less than 5 minutes), 'After watching this YouTube my wife and I don't need to walk it'.

However, the reward for walking there is a coffee and cake in the excellent 'Lord Stones' cafe - sadly, closed at present due to Covid-19, but hopefully will reopen shortly.

I hope that this YouTube will stimulate those are fit enough to walk 7 miles to walk it again or to walk it for the first time. For those people who are no longer able or even are still shielding because of symptoms like severe asthma, then I think that the YouTube will give you pleasure.

I have used the music 'Ways of Love' from the Spa series 'Tranquility' album as backing music - very calming."
