Hambleton District Council and Insight with Passion are delivering a 10 week programme to enable businesses to grow.
The programme follows on from the enthusiastic uptake of the workshops which took place towards the end of 2020 and in April and May 2021. The free online workshops are aimed at helping customer facing businesses to survive and thrive.
The topics that will be covered over the course of the 10 weeks are:
Workshop 1: Introduction to the programme, the next normal, time management and efficiency, sustainability and business owner wellbeing.

Workshop 2: Managing your small business finances, new customers and generating sales, serving the over 65’s and business owner wellbeing.
Date: Wednesday 15th September 10am
Workshop 3: Preparing for peak (Christmas), marketing to and communicating with your customers, serving millennials, diversity, inclusion and business owner wellbeing.
Date: Wednesday 29th September 10am
Workshop 4: Customer wow and journey planning, welcoming customers and creating theatre, accessibility and business owner wellbeing.

Workshop 5: Masterclass delivered by Kate Hardcastle
A New Dawn - Kate will take us on a journey looking at the current trends into 2022 to give inspiration and joy to bring the programme to a close.
